Three Aston Villa fixtures moved after Premier League announcement
The matches take place in October and November.
Villa have seen three Premier League fixtures rescheduled following the latest round of TV selections.
Unai Emery’s team will now face Newcastle at the later time of 5.30pm on Saturday, October 17, with the match broadcast live on Sky Sports.
Their home match with Manchester City, meanwhile, has been brought forward to 12.30pm on Saturday October 24 for broadcast on TNT Sport.
Yet the kick-off time is still subject to change and could be pushed back to 8pm if Villa are scheduled to play away in the Champions League the preceding Wednesday.
It means the exact time for the match will not be known until after the Champions League draw is made on August 27.
Villa’s opening match of November, at home to Fulham, has been moved to Sunday, November 2 at 2pm and will be live on Sky Sports.
The visit of Brentford on Saturday, October 10 remains in its originally scheduled slot of 3pm.
