But within a few weeks the business had outgrown its home, and owners Kayleigh and Mark Parsons moved into a larger premises on Ironbridge High Street.

Now, the pair have revealed plans to open a second venue - this time in collaboration with The Elephant & Co, the hospitality group behind The Elephant Crossing in Ironbridge and The Elephant Underground in Shrewsbury.

The new venture will take over The Quarry Kitchen at the Quarry Swimming & Fitness Centre in Shrewsbury.

A spokesperson for Brick & Beyond said: “We’re so excited to be collaborating with Elephant & Co and taking over the Quarry Café, bringing the Brick & Beyond experience right into the heart of one of Shrewsbury’s most beautiful spots.”
