The upgrade marks a significant milestone for the company, which has grown from humble beginnings into a key local player in the region’s waste and recycling industry.
“We’re incredibly proud to be investing back into our community and our infrastructure,” said Arron Davis, Managing Director of Coopers Waste. “This new sorting station will not only increase our capacity and efficiency, but it also helps us continue to reduce landfill waste and support a greener Staffordshire.” Construction on the new facility is underway, with completion expected in May. Once operational, it will significantly improve processing times, allow for more advanced waste sorting, and create new local job opportunities.
This move stands in stark contrast to the ongoing bin collection and recycling disruptions in Birmingham, highlighting the importance of proactive investment and sustainable planning in waste services.
Founded in 2019, Coopers Waste has built its reputation on reliability, community values, and an unshakeable commitment to environmental responsibility. The new facility reflects the company’s vision for the future and a cleaner Staffordshire for all.
