The shopping centre, based in Perry Barr, has a strong tradition of supporting local schools and community initiatives. This latest donation aims to encourage literacy and foster a love of reading among young learners.

Thanks to One Stop Shopping Centre’s donation, pupils now have access to new reading materials that will inspire and support their learning and development.

A representative from the school said: “Our school library is an essential resource for our pupils. In recent times we have struggled to keep it stocked with engaging and relevant materials.

“This generous donation will make a real difference to our children, encouraging them to develop a love of reading and supporting their education.”

Centre Manager at One Stop Shopping added: As a centre we play an active role in community projects. We were delighted to be able to support Canterbury Cross Primary School with this book donation to help inspire the next generation of readers.”

This initiative is part of One Stop Shopping Centre’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local community.
