New baby scan clinic opens in Dudley
Expectant parents in Dudley now have a new state-of-the-art facility to turn to for private pregnancy scans and early reassurance, as Baby Bumps Scan Studio officially opened its doors last weekend.

Located in Gornalwood, Dudley, the independent clinic is run by husband and wife team Danny and Sophie Shaw and offers a range of ultrasound services, including early pregnancy scans, gender reveals, and 3D/4D imaging.
The grand opening event saw the Deputy Mayor of Dudley and Leader of Dudley Council Councillor Patrick Harley join families and community members to celebrate the launch of the new business, which aims to provide a warm and personalised experience for parents-to-be.
Founder and Sonographer Danny Shaw expressed excitement about bringing the service to the local community: “We want to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where expectant parents can bond with their baby before birth.”
Councillor Harley added: "This is a fantastic concept and the first of its kind in the Dudley area and will be a welcome addition to the local high street."
In addition to ultrasound services, the clinic offers in-house gender blood tests from just six weeks further enhancing the care and convenience it offers. Baby Bumps Scan Studio is now open for appointments, with bookings available online.
