Free advice for first time buyers in Staffordshire this weekend

Dosthill Gate has proven popular with those stepping onto the housing ladder. To help others starting out, Elan Homes, the developer behind the scheme, is hosting a special event and enlisting experts to offer advice. 

Elan regional sales director Tracey Ball explained: “We’ve sold more than 70 per cent of homes at Dosthill Gate, with many of our homeowners first time buyers. With that in mind, we want to assist other people who are thinking of buying their first home by giving them access to expert advice. They’ll be able to explain the different mortgage products available and what the latest interest rates mean for buyers.”
