Paul and Yvette Sidhu, who met whilst working at Scrivens, received the award at this year's Clinical Conference in front of over 100 professional colleagues. The award acknowledges their outstanding contribution to both clinical excellence and customer care within the optical industry.
Paul Sidhu, who joined Scrivens 28 years ago as an Optometrist, has played a pivotal role in developing the company's clinical services, including supervising numerous Pre-Reg Optometrists and contributing to the development of advanced clinical IT systems. He is also a respected member of the Local Optical Committee and has advised MPs on industry matters.
Yvette Sidhu began her career with Scrivens 32 years ago as a receptionist before qualifying as a Contact Lens Optician. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in training new Contact Lens Opticians and evaluating new products.

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care’s Chairman, Nicholas Georgevic, said: "Paul and Yvette represent the very best of professional and clinical excellence in our industry. Their dedication to patient care, colleague development and the advancement of optical services over the years has been exemplary. They have built loyal customer followings and are hugely respected by both customers and colleagues alike."

Both Paul and Yvette were particularly recognised for their commitment to supporting colleagues' career development and their willingness to support branches across the Midlands region.
