Waldrons relaunches business services team with new expertise
Waldrons Solicitors has relaunched its Business Services Team, reinforcing its commitment to providing high-quality legal support to businesses across the West Midlands and beyond. With a strong team of specialist solicitors and an expanded range of services, Waldrons is well-positioned to help businesses navigate legal complexities and achieve their commercial goals.

The relaunched team offers expert legal support across corporate and commercial law, commercial property, litigation and telecoms. They assist businesses with mergers, acquisitions, contracts and structuring, while also advising landlords and investors on property transactions and leases. The team efficiently resolves commercial disputes, including contract breaches and debt recovery and is a leading authority in telecoms law, representing landowners in lease negotiations and disputes with operators.
As part of this expansion, Waldrons is pleased to welcome Isatou Bah, a solicitor specialising in commercial property and telecoms law. Isatou has a strong background in real estate, having previously worked with major commercial clients and handling property transactions for one of Europe’s largest discount supermarket chains. She now joins Waldrons to support landowners and businesses with commercial property matters and telecoms lease agreements.
Dennis Thomas, Associate Solicitor and Head of Commercial Property, commented: "Businesses now need more than just legal representation, they need trusted advisors who understand the commercial realities they face. The relaunch of our Business Services Team ensures we continue to provide proactive, commercially driven legal advice. We are committed to supporting businesses across corporate law, property, litigation, telecoms and employment, helping them overcome challenges and seize opportunities. Isatou’s appointment enhances our ability to serve clients in key areas, and we look forward to seeing her contribute to the continued success of the team."
Vishal Mahay, Associate Solicitor and Head of Dispute Resolution, added: "At Waldrons, we pride ourselves on offering businesses clear, strategic legal advice that is tailored to their needs. The relaunch of our Business Services Team reflects our dedication to supporting businesses with expert guidance at every stage of their journey. Whether we are assisting with a business acquisition, a commercial dispute or an employment issue, we focus on delivering practical and results-driven advice."
