Wolverhampton parents invited to free online webinar on supporting children with anxiety
Parents across Wolverhampton are invited to join a free online webinar designed to help them understand and support children experiencing anxiety.
The webinar, which is being run by the Reflexions team who are part of Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will provide parents with valuable insights into anxiety, exploring the reasons why children may experience anxiety and how it manifests.
Attendees will be able to:
- Understand what anxiety is.
- Understand reasons why your child may experience anxiety
- Understand of the fight, flight, and freeze responses
- Learn strategies to support your child manage anxious feelings effectively.
