The awards ceremony brings together businesses across the Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Tamworth, and Cannock regions to celebrate their growth and achievements. The award, presented by local icon Nick Owen, is an encouraging acknowledgment of Techcare’s passion for great customer service and strong community spirit.

Founded in 2008 by Karl Frankham, Techcare has been a trusted technology partner for local and UK-wide businesses, offering managed IT support, cybersecurity, IT consultancy, and network installation services. Over the past year, the company has been busy embracing a 10-year growth plan launched at the start of 2024. In that time, Techcare has refreshed its brand, launched a new website, doubled its team, and hit exciting revenue milestones — all while staying true to its commitment to excellent customer service.

“This award is a proud moment for our entire team,” said Karl Frankham, Founder and CEO of Techcare. “It reflects our ongoing dedication to not only delivering business-changing technology services but also building strong, lasting relationships within our local community.”

Looking ahead, Techcare is thrilled to be shortlisted for the Excellence in Customer Service award at the upcoming Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce awards at the end of February. This nomination is testament to Techcare’s ongoing commitment to best-in-class customer service.
