The Fallows, located in Cannock, overlooks the natural beauty of Cannock Chase Forest. With Hednesford Station in walking distance and the M6 in easy reach, the development was perfect for both commuters and nature lovers.

Throughout its time in Cannock, David Wilson Homes has helped the local community through various donations and organised activities with local schools.

With Poppyfield Primary Academy, the developer organised a storytelling session and a time capsule burial. It also donated a care package to Abbey Court Care Home to support its residents and donated 100 hi-vis kit bags to Moorhilll Primary School for Road Safety Week.

“Our collection of homes combines both rural surroundings with proximity to essential amenities to provide a great formula for anyone looking to take that first or next step on the property ladder.”

The Lapwings and The Catkins both provide swift access to the vibrant Stafford town centre and ensure commuters can easily connect to the A34 and M6 leading to Stoke, Birmingham and Manchester.

The Lapwings at Burleyfields can be found on Martin Drive, with two, three and four bedroom homes available from £220,000. The Catkins is on Meadowsweet Avenue, and has a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes on the market from £232,500.
