Dora Rose, a Macc Care home located in Milford, started January by welcoming a young local resident who wanted to give a donation to the home.

Lacey, aged eight, decided to raise money for the Dora Rose residents, by selling some of her own items, as well as pooling her pocket money and setting aside earnings from the tooth fairy. In total she raised £20, which the home plan to use to treat residents and spread happiness across the home.

The home also welcomed back its friends from Funtime Theatre for a lively performance of the classic pantomime, Robin Hood. After the show residents said it had transported them down memory lane, rekindling memories of pantomimes they had enjoyed in years gone by.
