Do you recognise this painting?

They say: "I have been trying to track down a painting. I've no wish to have it back, but am curious to know what might have become of it. 

"It is a portrait of a horse, in oils, that I did for a very close friend in 2009. My friend lived close to Sedgley. The painting is signed and dated and also the name of the painting, 'Spirit', is written on the back. 

"Sadly, my friend passed away in 2018, but it's not known what happened to the painting. There are a few possible avenues as to where it 'might' have ended up but these have been to no avail. I'd love to just know that it had a new home and that somebody is enjoying it."
