All funds raised by TreeCycle help to ensure that St Giles Hospice can continue to support local people, and their loved ones, living with a terminal illness.

This year’s TreeCycle campaign saw hundreds of volunteers and local businesses joining forces to collect over 5,200 trees across the region. The initiative’s success highlights the power of community spirit in supporting St Giles, which relies on charitable donations for the majority of its funding.

Chloe Hope, Head of Fundraising at St Giles Hospice, said: “This incredible achievement couldn’t have come at a more crucial time for St Giles, as we’ve recently been forced to reduce our services due to financial pressures.
