Yesterday we revealed that the village's District Community Council (TDCC) has drawn up plans to set up a parish council, giving Tettenhall greater control over planning and conservation issues.
And the news provoked an immediate reaction: more than 1,700 took part in a poll on the matter, while debate (serious and silly) was raging in the comments section.
