Property experts at Upstix analysed data to determine which areas in the city have the fastest and slowest property sales.
Sandwell has seen the biggest rise in house prices across the West Midlands with the average home now costing over £211,000. That's an increase of more than 80% in the last 10 years.
The borough has seen significant development, improved transport links and growing demand from buyers looking for affordable options near Birmingham.

Wolverhampton is not far behind. House prices have risen by more than 70% with the average home now valued at just over £209,000. The city's investment in new housing developments and regeneration projects has helped push up prices.
Dudley has also seen an increase with house prices growing by around 70%. With its mix of urban and green spaces and attractions like the Black Country Living Museum, the borough remains popular with families and commuters.
In Birmingham, house prices have climbed by nearly 66% over 10 years with the average home now costing just over £240,000.
As the UK's second city continues to expand, demand for housing remains high, particularly in areas undergoing regeneration.
South Staffordshire rounds up the top five with prices rising by around 65%. Known for its countryside and good transport links, the area has become increasingly attractive to those looking for a quieter lifestyle while still being within reach of Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
These increases reflect wider trends in the region where growing demand, new developments and improved infrastructure have played a part in rising property values.
