No pain, no gain at military boot camp!

You wouldn't expect to find a military-style boot-camp in the heart of Tettenhall, but that's exactly what one fitness instructor isproviding for members of the public.

The hour long course is just one of several pay-as-you-go ventures organised by the Chris Jewkes Fitness Acadamy.
