Despite pushing 70 in November the queen of rock has embarked on a world tour including a two-night stint at Birmingham's National Indoor Arena.
Black Country people turned out in their droves to see the American star, whose biggest hits include Private Dancer and Simply The Best.
Wolverhampton mothers Angela Williams, Margaret Jones and Maureen Williams were bought their tickets by their children as a treat for Mothers Day. The neighbours, all from The Scotlands, said it was the best gifts any of them could have wished for.
Maureen, aged 63, received hers from carpet fitter son Barry, aged 45. She said: "I can't wait to see the outfits she will be wearing.
"She is absolutely gorgeous. I've never seen her live before but I know the music and the atmosphere inside will be fantastic."
Miss Williams said the song Simply The Best reminded her of her partner of 44 years Steve Kenton, aged 76.
Her friend Angela Williams, aged 44, of Keats Road, said: "My son Craig got me my ticket. I was over the moon. I can't wait to hear her sing Simply The Best.
"We have been looking forward to this for ages."
Margaret Jones, aged 58, of Dickens Road, said her pregnant daughter Emma, aged 26, had bought her ticket.
She said: "We are all very lucky mothers to have been bought these tickets. It's the concert of a lifetime."
