What better place to celebrate chips than the 1930's fried fish shop at the Black Country Living Museum which uses the old fashioned cooking technique of beef dripping.
Chips are so popular, that over a half a billlion meals containing homemade chips are eaten each year.
The museum can serve up to 600 portions during a busy day.
