A Black Country film fanatic was so smitten with the cinema that he built one in his own home.
David Garrett from Pedmore, had been going to the movies for three decades when he decided to rescue 20 seats from the now demolished Royal venue, in High Street, Cradley Heath.
But despite having laboured over the project for two years, Mr Garrett is now preparing sell the cinema along with the Bouley House home he shares with wife Ann.
The house is on the market for £785,000 and video journalist Victoria Hoe went to have a look.
