The 40-year-old cost Wolves £1million and was on their books for seven injury-hit years until retiring in 2006.
He has since become a football consultant based in Surrey but filed for bankruptcy last December, with the order now finalised.
Ndah became a fan favourite during his time at Molineux despite injuries restricting him to 96 appearances.
His Wolves career was largely defined by two big Black Country Derby moments against Albion.
He scored two goals against the Baggies at Molineux in 2001, just 18 months after breaking his leg at the Hawthorns.
