We are not saying they are true – just that they are out there.

WOLVES

Wolves are tipped to still be in the running for striker Fraizer Campbell, who has fallen down the pecking order at Premier League side Crystal Palace.

Bet Victor believe he will drop into the Championship and sign for either Nottingham Forest or Bristol City, but are offering 8-1 odds on Wolves as well.

The 28-year-old was linked with a loan move to Molineux in January, but ended up staying at Selhurst Park. This time, he might well be allowed to go.

WEST BROM

West Brom could up a player as well as cash if they accept a Stoke City offer to lure striker Saido Berahino away from the Hawthorns.

Berahino, 22, almost certainly wants to leave Albion but, even with just a year left on his contract, the club are adamant they want £22million for him.

Stoke are considering offering some of the asking price and offering a choice of 35-year-old veteran Peter Crouch, Joselu or Mame Biram Diouf in part-exchange.

ASTON VILLA

Aston Villa are likely to be given a £3m 'take it or leave it' offer from Scottish champions Glasgow Rangers for winger Scott Sinclair.

Villa have rejected bids of up to £2.8m for Sinclair, who cost them £2.5m from Manchester City a year ago, after they dropped into the Championship.

Sinclair, 28, wants to be reunited with Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers, with the two having worked together in a productive spell at Swansea City.

WALSALL

All quiet at the Banks's Stadium today.
