Skipper Rory Schlein then made up for his third heat error by taking a tapes to flag victory after fighting off the hard-charging Covatti.
Thorsell and Becker then made it two heat advantages out of two in an action packed heat six that saw all four riders change places on more than one occasion.
Wolves then took advantage of a Ricky Wells exclusion to cruise into a 10-point lead at the halfway stage of the meeting.
The home dominance continued with another 5-1 maximum in heat 10 as Becker and Thorsell both got the better of Klindt on the opening lap.
Masters then held off Aussie counterparts Kurtz and Holder to negate Neil Middleditch’s tactical substitution.
Victory was sealed with a third maximum in five races as Schlein bounced back from his previous last place to partner Douglas to his third unbeaten ride on the trot.
Yet another two 5-1s sandwiched between a Poole 4-2 followed with Wolves completing another dominant Monmore Green victory ahead of another crucial home meeting next Monday (7.30pm) against King’s Lynn, as the race for the play-offs well and truly hots up.
