Kyle Howarth suffers a semi-final exit
Kyle Howarth suffered semi-final disappointment in the showpiece Sports Insure British Final at Belle Vue.
Howarth was one of three Wolves riders competing – along with Rory Schlein and Ashley Morris – and won heat 17 on his way to picking up 10 points to secure a spot in the top six.
But Howarth came last in the semi-final and was knocked out, with Robert Lambert being crowned the eventual champion.
Wolverhampton are back in action at Somerset tomorrow before heading back to Monmore next Monday for a cup tie with Belle Vue.
