Tai Woffinden: I'll fight until the end
Tai Woffinden has vowed to keep his bid for a third world title going right until the final round in Australia.
And he insists he’s still in a good place despite slipping down the standings with a terrible Teterow display.
He managed just five points in the German FIM Speedway Grand Prix and slipped to fifth spot – but more significantly he’s now 20 points behind series leader Jason Doyle.
“I’ll keep fighting because the title won’t be decided until Melbourne in my view,” said Wolves asset Woffinden. “It was disappointing for me at the weekend and I know where I went wrong with the set-up, I’ll be making sure that doesn’t happen again.
“It only takes one bad round and you slip down the table. Then you can bounce back and have a couple of good rounds and you can be right back in there and that’s my plan.”
