Kyle Howarth and Max Clegg will be back for the title defence in the rebranded SGB Premiership where they will link up with Freddie Lindgren and Jacob Thorssell at Monmore Green.

Former British Under-21 champion Howarth said: "I really want to repay the management for giving me another chance and the best way to do that is by scoring points on the track."

Reigning British Under-19 champion Clegg added: "I couldn't be happier to be back for another year."

Clegg are both delighted to be back at Monmore Green.

Said Howarth: "I'm over the moon to be back in the side for next year and it's going to be good being with so many of this season's side again.

"Overall I was pretty happy with how things went - but I know I've still got more to give.

"I really want to repay the management for giving me another chance and the best way to do that is by scoring points on the track."

Clegg is determined to make the most of his 2016 triumphant experiences and says he's love to step it up another gear next year.

"I'll still be learning as I go but last season was awesome and it taught me a lot,"

Clegg said.

"Wolves is such a great club and I love racing at Monmore Green too and I couldn't be happier to be back for another year.

"The team's looking good again and we really want to give it everything to try and win the league again."

Wolverhampton will stage their Winter Talk-In this Wednesday at The Cleveland Arms Sports Pub, Stow Heath lane just around the corner from Monmore Green.

Club bosses will be talking about their line-up so far as well as plans for the final three team places.

Admission will be just £2 with doors opening at 7.30 for an 8 pm start.
