Parrys International Wolves defend an impressive 18-point first leg lead in the title decider at the National Speedway Stadium after a solid all-round display at Monmore Green.

And Masters is now facing up to a spell of massive meetings after getting the news that he will replace the injured Jason Doyle in Melbourne for the final round of the SGP series on October 22.

The news means Wolverhampton will have three riders in the field as Masters joins Freddie Lindgren and Tai Woffinden in the Etihad Stadium.

He said: "It's not the best circumstances in which to get a GP place.

"Doyley looked as though he would go on and win the series, and every Australian was willing him to be crowned world champion.

"Now I hope I can go in there and enjoy the experience of being part of another Grand Prix.

But I have some big meetings coming up before I head out to Melbourne.

"Tonight against Belle Vue is huge and on Saturday I really want to give a good showing in the Elite League Riders' Championship at Coventry.

"I've a lot to organise in that time as well with trying to get bikes back to Australia and get flights for myself."

Both sides are unchanged from the first leg tonight with Wolverhampton looking for their first league title since 2009.
