The fifth-placed Wolves host fourth-placed Lakeside looking to overhaul their rivals to get themselves back into the Elite league play-off places.

And 26-year-old Woffinden is back at his parent club in the nick of time with Wolves facing a potentially season-defining four meetings in seven days – starting tonight and continuing at King's Lynn Stars on Thursday before a double-header with the Stars and Swindon back at Monmore next Monday.

"I'm really excited to be back at Wolves and I can't wait to see everyone there again," said Woffinden. "I'm hoping there'll be lots of fans there to cheer the boys on and we all know how important the next week is for us. We've got the chance to make a big push towards the play-offs and a winning return to the side for me is the aim."

Woffinden has agreed to replace Joonas Kylmakorpi for the rest of the season and will slot into the team at No.3, with Aussie ace Sam Masters moving to No.5.
