Tai Woffinden clinches World speedway title

Tai Woffinden has become the World speedway champion after claiming the six points he needed to clinch the title.

The win sees Woffinden become the first British speedway champion since 2000 when Mark Loram won the title.

The 23-year-old Wolverhampton Wolves racer broke his collarbone for the second time in four months only two weeks ago but managed to overcome his injury to secure his first world title.
