Tim Dudding’s side head to Eccleshill United to play Bradford City Women.

And they will travel north on the back of another defeat having slipped to a 2-0 reverse at the hands of Liverpool Marshall Feds in the FA Women’s Premier League Cup.

After two losses in the league, Wolves were looking to bounce back in the cup but were undone by a goal in each half.

Leanne Robinson and Jade Cross went close for Wolves before Carla Lee fired Liverpool in front after 43 minutes.

Wolves started brightly in the second half, with Robinson and Harley Simpson both threatening before Kirstie Bavington’s header forced a fantastic save from the Feds.

Chantelle Thompson then added Feds’ second to clinch the win with boss Dudding disappointed with his side’s display.

“Our performance wasn’t good enough,” he said. “We lowered our standards.

“We seemed to give Liverpool more respect and as a result they punished us. Credit to them for their very well struck goals, but from our point of view we see them as errors.”
