Wolverhampton Sporting need a goalkeeper
It's a glove story as a Wolverhampton football team gear up for the new season on a new pitch.
Wolverhampton Sporting Community Ladies are back in training with the first team squad almost complete – but they're still looking for a goalkeeper.
The expanding club, carrying the FA Charter Standard, are based at West Walsall E-ACT Academy.
That's where work starts this month on a 4G artificial pitch due to be completed in time for the new campaign.
There will also be a fresh look for the side, with players due to take the field in a new kit.
The club is looking for a sponsor for both kit and tracksuits – anyone interested should call Brian Simpson on 07817 785690.
As well as the open age ladies first team, Wolverhampton SC are looking to put together an open age development squad and an under-15 side.
