Steve Bull: VAR proposal was big statement - but the right one from Wolves
It was a massive statement for Wolves to come out and call for the end of VAR.
Although the vote to scrap it may have failed, there has now been a promise to fine-tune it, which is definitely needed.
They need to get it right so it does not impact games too much.
Wolves need to get on with it now, it’s tough to stop technology once it’s being used.
But, it’s important for everyone to voice their opinion sometimes.
Jeff Shi and Wolves made it very clear what they think about VAR and fair play to them.
Now we’re sticking with it, they need to make sure it’s sorted from the very first game next season.
No more mistakes, no more major errors, just get it right!
