Dave Edwards: Bournemouth clash a huge game for Gary O'Neil but it’s all about three points for Wolves

This Saturday’s game at Bournemouth was always going to be a huge game for Gary O’Neil after his sacking by the Cherries at the end of last season.

It was nice to go into the international break on the back of some really good form and some good performances against Man City and Villa.

The four points were really important for O’Neil and his team. Normally they would have time on the training pitch to work on things but with so many plays being away with their national sides it can be quite disjointed.

It has been a very intense couple of months for O’Neil in the Wolves dugout, so it will be good for him to take a little break from it and hit the reset button.

There is a lot of pressure on him and he has come out fighting and has shown his real worth as a manager, especially from a tactical point of view.

For this weekend’s opponents, the grass is not always greener and they are really struggling this year, and I am sure this is the one game he wants to go and win.
