Steve Bull: Time for Fosun to explain what their future plans are for Wolves
Right now, I’m feeling a little bit in the doldrums, along with all Wolves fans, about our prospects in the Premier League.
News coming out this week that Manchester City have bid for Matheus Nunes and Manchester United are interested in Nelson Semedo is a big worry for us all.
The club have let it be known that they are not looking to sell and that it would take a big offer to let anyone go – but the concern is that all the talk is about outgoings. Every Wolves I know thinks that we need to strengthen and bring in players if we are going to stay in the Premier League.
Matheus Nunes has been good in flashes for Wolves and, while he hasn’t set the world alight at Molineux, he is the kind of player we will need to help solve our problems in front of goal.
You can understand why he would be interested in going to Manchester City and Pep Guardiola but, as Wolves fans, we’re all completely frustrated at seeing players going out the door without replacements.
