If this was a nod to the way Gary O'Neil wants to play football - he's going to fit in just fine.

The fans have been calling for Fabio Silva to start alongside Matheus Cunha for a long time.

If Manchester United was more of a Lopetegui line-up, O'Neil has shown intent from the start playing two strikers.

Of course whether it works or not remains to be seen, but the intent is there and that's great to see.

Sarabia can count himself a little unlucky, but this was a telling move in front of Jeff Shi and Fosun chairman Guo Guangchang.

A certain Gareth Southgate was also in attendance - would love a big-time performance for Max Kilman.
