Matt Doherty calls for a united Wolves front
Matt Doherty has called for the Wolves fans to stick by the team despite challenges for the club off the field.
Julen Lopetegui's departure just days before the Premier League season sparked a backlash among supporters, as former Bournemouth boss Gary O'Neil replaced him.
Now Doherty, one of just two additions this summer, hopes fans will back the players following their impressive performance against Manchester United in the season opener.
When asked what his message to supporters was, Doherty said: “Be how you’ve always been with me and the team – support us down to the ground.
“They have a bunch of players there that will leave everything out there for the shirt.
