Nathan Judah's Portugal & Ireland Tour Diary - Day 3
Going on a pre-season trip away with Wolves is always a privilege.
I've been fortunate enough to travel to China, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Ireland and Portugal.
It's a given that we won't be working the typical eight-hour day (few days are like this as a sports journalist).
But in pre-season, it's usually at least twelve and upwards and this trip is no different!
That means that with constant breaking news, covering training and matches, meal timings can be a little crazy!
LK: This job is a privilege and I will never complain, but anyone who knows me, knows I like my food! Trying to fit everything in on this trip, including the simple matter of food, can be a challenge.
Following the 1-0 win over Porto, it was a good nine hours with no food and little water.
We were busily working before jumping into a car and making our way to the ground.
But no water and zero food at the ground was the sad reality that led to two ravenous journalists raiding the fridge after getting back at midnight.
