Nathan Judah's Portugal & Ireland Tour Diary - Day 2
First morning waking up in Portugal and boy I needed that sleep!
After a few late-night lemonades to christen the start of pre-season, it ended up being a 23-hour day!
Thankfully we have now uncovered a second bedroom so there was no top and tail action during the night.
For those of you who remember our domestic roles from Benidorm, I'm very much the cook and Keeno is designated cleaner of the house.
It's a combination that works well for all involved - although with us only staying here for four nights, I think he's been a little fortunate on this occasion.
LK: We love our roles! I'm a bit of a clean freak so happily tidy up, and to be cooked for every time is rather nice. I didn't stretch to asking Judah to make my cereal for me this morning, but there's plenty of time for that.
We'd love to eat out for every meal, but unfortunately the Express & Star budget won't quite reach to that.
So it's always a fun first excursion to the local supermarket; a combination of googling strange words and ordering meat in broken English.
