We spoke with Andrew MacFarlane from Spurs For Life, to get a proper look at Ryan Mason's side.

See what he had to say here...

It's been a bit of a rollercoaster season at Spurs, how has the campaign gone in your opinion?

If it has been a rollercoaster, the downward part seems to be a lot longer than the upward curve, and since the turn of the year it really has been a campaign to forget.

When you consider that Tottenham finished sixth last season, there is now a sense that the club is going backwards.

Ryan Mason is now in charge for the remainder of the season, how has he adapted to life as a Premier League manager?

In all honesty, Ryan Mason has been put in a rather difficult position and although he has picked up league wins against both Southampton and Sheffield United, he has certainly been outfoxed when going up against coaching heavyweights such as Pep Guardiola and Marcelo Bielsa.

Who is going to fill the big job this summer, we had seen some reports suggesting Wolves boss Nuno could be in the frame - what do you make of them?

If Tottenham have a managerial shopping list to work from, they are certainly looking down the list at present and now is the territory in which Nuno’s name starts to leap off the page.

I don’t think he will be Spurs’ first choice as new manager, but he is certainly a choice right now.

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris stands dejected

How can we expect Spurs to line-up against Wolves, what's your predicted XI?

After defeat to Leeds, you would think that changes would have to be made and if Tottenham are to ward off the threat of Everton in eighth, a win is vital.

Should those changes take place in defence, I think Eric Dier may have to pay the price for an abject showing at Elland Road last weekend.

Are there any injury problems at the club at the moment?

The only injury concern at present is the absence of Ben Davies and when you look at how poor Sergio Reguilon has been these past few weeks, it is a shame, that there is not somebody who can come in and give the former Sevilla defender a much-needed rest.

What sort of style are Spurs trying to play now Mourinho's gone?

This is the question that everyone is asking at present and although Ryan Mason is trying to set up his team to certainly play with more flair than under his predecessor, his tactical aspirations are not quite being matched by those who are wearing the club’s colours as of late.

What have you made of Wolves from afar this season?

Wolves’ own upward trajectory has certainly come to a halt and although the obvious reason is because of the injury to Raul Jimenez, I don’t think it is the only reason.

There just seems to be a lack of spark at Molineux and it is one that will need to be found quickly at the start of next season.

Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane appears dejected

Your match prediction?

The season is not quite over for Tottenham and therefore, they will still look to earn themselves a top seven finish and return to some form of European football after the summer.

While with Wolves, now all but 'on the beach', hopefully we can take advantage.

I reckon it will be a 2-1 win for Spurs.
