Wolves recall Morgan Gibbs-White
Wolves have recalled Morgan Gibbs-White from his loan at Swansea.
The 20-year-old joined the Championship side on a season-long loan back in October.
But a growing injury list at Molineux has led to manager Nuno Espirito Santo deciding to activate a recall option Wolves included in the deal.
The move to the Liberty Stadium was seen as an ideal step in Gibbs-White's development with the midfielder having previously played under Swans boss Steve Cooper with England’s Under-17s.
But he has been limited to just five Championship appearances in Wales, four of which were starts, after fracturing his foot.
Gibbs-White, who has played 70 times for Wolves, will wear the number 18 shirt for the rest of the season.
He is eligible for Friday’s FA Cup tie against Crystal Palace.
