The 21-year-old, from Denmark, has penned a contract until the summer of 2023.

Boss Nuno Espirito Santo recently stated Buur is now '100 per cent' involved with the senior squad, after a prolonged spell in the under-23s side.

His one league appearance for Wolves came in the 2017/18 Championship title-winning campaign, scoring as a substitute in a 2-2 draw with Hull.

This season, he has played once in the Europa League, setting up Diogo Jota in December's 4-0 group stage win against Besiktas at Molineux.
