Kevin De Bruyne ruled out of Wolves' clash at Manchester City with groin injury
Wolves have been handed a boost ahead of Sunday's tough trip to Manchester City as Kevin De Bruyne has been ruled out with injury.
The influential playmaker is struggling with a groin problem and boss Pep Guardiola, whose side are second in the Premier League, has confirmed De Bruyne will be sidelined.
The Belgium international missed the midweek Champions League clash with Dinamo Zagreb with the knock.
"He is not fit," said Guardiola. "After the international break he will be ready.
"It is not a big problem."
De Bruyne has been in scintillating form for the champions this term, registering eight assists in seven games before the muscle setback.
