Wolves' Romain Saiss and Matt Doherty ready for Chelsea
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed both Romain Saiss and Matt Doherty are fit to face Chelsea tomorrow.
Saiss – with it being between him and Jesus Vallejo as to who takes the place of the suspended Willy Boly in defence – is available despite returning early from international duty with Morocco.
And Doherty could be involved even though he has been carrying a knee knock and underwent a 'small' personal operation recently.
"Everybody's OK with the exception of Boly, who we cannot use tomorrow. Everybody is ready to go," said Nuno.
"Romain had a problem with his international team, but he has been doing well, treating, so he's an option."
And on if Doherty is OK, Nuno added: "Yes. Matt had a small surgery, not related to football, so we'll leave that confidential – between the doctor and the patient."
Chelsea, meanwhile, will be without key man N'Golo Kante due to an ankle injury.
Nonetheless, Nuno is braced for a very difficult test.
"What we want is to compete. We have to play the game, respect Chelsea who are a fantastic team – very tough," he said.
"But the will to compete is there, and we want it.
"Frank Lampard is a very good young manager and, for sure, will be successful. I admire him a lot. It will be very, very tough."
