Wolves team up with Thomas Cook for fans looking to go to China
Wolves fans looking to head to China for next month's Premier League Asia Trophy can take advantage of a package deal put on by club partner Thomas Cook.
Nuno Espirito Santo's side are facing Newcastle on Wednesday, July 17 in Nanjing and either Manchester City or West Ham on Saturday, July 20 in Shanghai.
The Wolves squad will be based in Shanghai for the duration of the tournament before travelling to Nanjing on the day of the semi-final, and supporters are urged to do the same too.
Wolves owners Fosun are Thomas Cook's largest shareholder, and one of the itineraries Thomas Cook can offer includes return flights from London Heathrow to Shanghai (heading out on July 15 and travelling back on July 21) and a six-night stay at a four-star hotel in Shanghai for £914pp based on two people sharing.
Match tickets are to be purchased separately from tickets.wolves.co.uk and British citizens require a visa to visit China.
"We have a busy summer schedule to look forward to, some really exciting fixtures and increased overseas travel for the team and our supporters,” said Wolves managing director Laurie Dalrymple.
“We know that lots of fans will be keen to see the side play in China, and the supporter services team have been working hard to secure access to the most affordable packages for them.
“We are delighted to confirm that we have teamed up with our partners Thomas Cook, who are offering some really competitive packages that we hope will make planning the trip a simpler process for all those looking to travel.”
