Wolves defender Jonny Castro Otto's brother has quite the job...

Jonny Castro Otto made his international debut for Spain in last night's victory over Wales, but the Castro Otto family does not just boast one famous son.

Sergio Castro Otto, the oldest of the Wolves defender's three brothers, is the mayor of a Spanish village.

San Bernardo, a small town outside the city of Valladolid with a population of just 250, became Sergio's home 14 years ago when he relocated there to build a water treatment plant and fell in love with the Grecian setting.

Since then Jonny's big brother has climbed the political ranks within the village to become the Mayor, and a popular mayor at that.

"We talk almost every day," said Sergio about his little brother.

"I wish him good luck for matches and I congratulate him. Now that he has moved away you just have to try to support him, because he always wanted to try a league outside of Spain.

"Growing up, he was the youngest and when we would choose the teams we always chose him last, but in the end it was always him who left us behind".

Jonny's international debut was starting to look increasingly likely over recent months thanks to both his successful spell in the West Midlands and Enrique's arrival as Spain boss, a manager who Jonny had success under at Celta Vigo.

"First it was Paco Herrera who called Jonny up for Celta Vigo's first team and gave him his debut, but later Enrique tried him on the left because on the right wing Hugo Mallo was favoured," he said.

"Now we are dreaming of seeing him play in a European Championship or a World Cup."
