Wolves boss Nuno 'honoured' by nomination for manger of the month award
Nuno Espirito Santo said he was 'honoured' to be nominated for the Premier League's Manager of the Month award for September.
The 44-year-old believes it reflects the form of his team who have gone unbeaten in five league games.
Willy Boly has also picked up a nomination, for Player of the Month award, after his strong defensive displays at the back.
Nuno said: "I think it is a reflection of the players and the way they have been playing and the way they have been working.
"It is an honour of course. At the same time it gives us more responsibilities because of the standards so we want to keep on repeating them and improving them over and over again."
Wolves sit in ninth place after seven games and there has been talk of Nuno's team possibly reaching European qualification if their form continues.
But Nuno insisted the team are solely focused on their next game which is against Crystal Palace tomorrow.
He said: "We only look at the next game. We finish today the training session and we totally focus on the game tomorrow.
"We know how difficult Crystal Palace will be so we must be ready for it."
He confirmed all his players are fit and available for the game.
The away match will see Wolves travel down to south London to Selhurst Park and Nuno says the fans will play a 'huge part' in spurring the team on.
He said: "We know that our fans are going to be there tomorrow to support us. Together we are stronger. Every time we go away and we feel this presence, this makes us feel like we are at Molineux and this gives a big punch to the players. Fantastic and thank you."
