I think Adama Traore is a brilliant signing. I think he will fit right in; he’s strong and powerful.

Steve Bull talks Wolves in his latest column

Last year when we played Middlesbrough he was a threat going forward so he is a great addition to the side.

I think Nuno has got similar types of players, fast, quick, very skilful and will all contribute to the way he wants the team to play.

I think all the talking has got to be put to one side now. I think all the people coming in will get a bit nervous.

The players will be thinking I have got to go out there and give my best from day one. I think Everton, being a mid-table club, will give us a benchmark to see where we will finish next year.

It’s hard to call who will get the result. I have watched the pre-season friendlies. I think the second half of last week’s game is the best I have seen Wolves play over the summer.

Now is the best time to put a team together, the best XI, a competitive side where players will roll up their sleeves and will want to play as many games as possible in the Premier League.

I think the atmosphere will be unbelievable come Saturday. This has been a long time coming for quite a few thousand fans. They will enjoy every kick of the ball this season, whether we win, lose or draw. It is brilliant for the club and a long time coming.

You can’t say yet if Nuno will be one of the best managers in the Premier League. He has proved he is a Championship manager. Now it is a big step up for him to say listen I want to be one of the top four or five managers in the Premier League and I want to show you how to do it.

I think the fans will be split 50/50 down the middle about moving stadium. The traditional fans will want to stop where we are. In the future Wolves will need a 50,000-seater stadium. If we can build on the current stadium without causing disruption then keep it where it is but if we can’t, we’ll have to look at a different place. The future of Wolves is in the Premier League and challenging the top five and the only way we can do that is to keep up with them.
