Purported images of the team’s new home and away strips have been widely shared on social media ahead of this week's official kit unveiling, which takes place on Thursday.

However, the shirts will not be adorned with the logo of Blyth Group though, with Wolves revealing their main shirt sponsor W88, last week.

Wolves and controversial former shirt sponsor The Money Shop mutually agreed to exercise a break clause in their three-year deal this summer.

Molineux chiefs recently penned a multi-million pound four-year contract with German sporting giants Adidas, who have produced a home kit that will hark back to the old gold of the 1950s, marking a departure from the deeper gold colour of recent decades.

The away kit has been black, light blue and fluorescent green in the past three years.
