Alfred N'Diaye secures World Cup qualification with Senegal
Wolves midfielder Alfred N'Diaye has helped secure Senegal's spot in next summer's World Cup.
The 27-year-old appeared as a late substitute during his nation's 2-0 win over South Africa, ensuring they finished top of their qualifying group with a game to spare.
The midfielder could be just the first of three Wolves players to secure their place in the tournament next summer in the current international break.
Matt Doherty's Republic of Ireland face Denmark over two legs in their World Cup play-off, whilst Romain Saiss and Morocco face the Ivory Coast with a chance to finish top of their group.
Portugal have already qualified for the tournament, with Ruben Neves making a substitute appearance during their 3-0 friendly win over Saudi Arabia.
