Local Sunday league teams Wolves Pride and Black Country Fusion are going head-to-head at Molineux to raise funds for The Haven Refuge.

The charity, which is based in Wolverhampton, supports women and children affected by domestic violence.

And Wolves skipper Batth and long-serving midfielder Edwards were on hand to help promote the clash with a photo-call at Molineux alongside Liam Fieldhouse and Danny Thornton from Wolves Pride and Fusion’s Skye Stewart.

Both Wolves Pride and Fusion have enjoyed success over the past few months despite being formed just one-year ago.

Wolves Pride secured a league and cup double in the Wolverhampton Sunday League while Fusion made it through to the semi-finals of the Beacon League’s Clinton Cup.

The match kicks off at 5pm and will be followed by a get-together at Wolverhampton United Football Club, on Prestwood Road West.

Tickets, priced £5 for adults and £2 for juniors, are available from the Wolves Pride and Black Country Fusion Facebook pages.
